The Eastern Cape Department of Education embarked on a Parliamentary Constituency Youth-Targeted launch that is a program which will be focusing on the engagement and empowerment of young people through inter-generational dialogue and exposure throughout the Eastern Cape Province.

alking about the impact brought about by the Educator Assistants in Schools, Mdibanisi Senior Secondary School Principal, Zithobele Pikoli said, "the biggest improvement we have seen at our school, is the area of Mathematical Literacy, where an EA has dedicated their time to this area, teaching grade 10-12, achieved a remarkable improvement in terms of results, from 60% in 2020 to 70.7% in 2021.
